Our third edition of Borders comes from a very exciting producer, Veronica Mego, based in the Cutervo area of Cajamarca. We loved Veronica’s father, Elmer’s, washed lot a couple of years ago, and now she has taken over running the administration operations of the family farm. Since taking on this role, Veronica has continued growing a range of varietals on the thriving farm that was first planted in 2007.
