Shipping

We roast to order from Monday to Friday and aim to dispatch your order the same working day (Mon-Fri) if the order is placed before 12PM and the next working day if the order is placed after 12PM. Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days by Royal Mail or DHL depending on weight.

There are delays in processing during bank holidays and sales promotions; please contact us if you need more information about the shipping of your order.

Please note there are regular Royal Mail strikes at the moment which may affect delivery times. The latest strike dates can be found here.

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact hello@woodstcoffee.co.uk

We offer free shipping for all UK subscriptions as well as orders over £30.00. The free shipping will be applied to your order automatically during checkout.

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please get in touch stating your name, order number and the reason for return/exchange within 30 days (starting from when the order was received). The item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn/unused and in the original packaging).

We don't cover the delivery cost of returning unwanted goods but will cover the shipping cost for sending out the new item if you request an exchange. Exchanges will be subject to assessment and dependent on the level of current stock.

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for coffee, but if you’re unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we’ll try to help.

Lucky for you, we have a handy ‘coffee picker’ to guide you through which coffee may be best based on your needs. The Seasonal Espresso is our best-selling coffee so if you’re unsure what to try first, we’d recommend starting here.

We build relationships with coffee exporters and farmers so often have similar coffees year on year. If your favourite coffee has run out, there’s always a chance we’ll have something similar again next year. If there was something you liked, let us know and we'll see if we can get hold of it next season!

Get in touch if you'd like recommendations or want to find similar coffees to your past favourites.
