Our smash hit of 2026 comes storming back into your cups... We got through our last lot from El Jaragual in double quick time, and we've been eagerly awaiting this fresh harvest. We've stuck with the pink bourbon (rosado) variety, as we think it's the best expression of Jorge's work. You're immediately hit by a tonne of sweet, ripe strawberries. Tangy passionfruit joins the party, along with our good gummy friend mr percy pig himself, and a cheeky herbal note of well...mary jane. We've also been loving this on espresso, currently George's go to milky boi. Try a larger yield (18g in, 45-50g out) for balanced sweetness and brightness. Shout out to Jonny at MiCafe for continuing to hook us up with the goods, especially as El Jaragual becomes more and more popular. We're very proud to say we're one of the few roasters in the world that have bought a lot from every single one of their harvests so far....as they say 'May we always have an El Jaragual coffee on our offer list. May you never tire of those magical flavours. May each harvest bring yet more delicious surprises. Long live El Jaragual!'
