CRISPIN MATIAS - GUATEMALA

Crispin’s coffee consists of all ripe harvested cherries that are depulped on the very same day of picking. The coffee is then fermented for two days and washed in the early morning. After soaking, the coffee is then sun dried for five days on patios. We're excited to be buying larger volumes of coffee from Primavera this year. We love their obsession with quality and traceability. You'll see the same coffees returning year on year, something our Head of Coffee George is very excited about. This enables us to build a deeper, lasting relationship with Primavera, and producers like Crispin.
